These dolls are custom hand-made art pieces. Subtle variations and minor imperfections are normal and inherent in all hand-made items and are NOT considered to be defects.
To guarantee a baby without any subtle nuances or natural variations, a manufactured doll from Ashton-Drake or other doll factory is encouraged.
Please keep in mind that manufactured dolls are NOT REBORNS and are not genuinely LIFELIKE in appearance the way reborn babies. They can be beautiful dolls but nothing at all like a real baby or a reborn baby.
These babies require time to complete.
By purchasing this reborn doll you have agreed to all terms stated herein.
You accept that the processing time for intricate detailing is 16-32 weeks from the date of receipt of the blank kit.
You acknowledge that you may choose at any time to rush the order
Rush orders substitute faster delivery in lieu of advanced realistic detailing.
There are no cancellations on any order regardless of reason.
All sales are final. There are no refunds.
If a buyer initiates a fraudulent chargeback on an item they legitimately purchased the company will take legal action against the buyer to recompense and will pursue litigation for breach of contract and lost income.
Once a buyer has executed a chargeback they will no longer be allowed to complete any purchase on any venue owned, established or operated by Forever Newborn, Reborn Babies & Art Dolls or the artist Betty J. Coffman.
There are no returns on any custom doll. If a buyer ships their doll back to the seller it will not be accepted. The doll will be destroyed.
If a buyer opens an item not received dispute/case I am given no other choice but to ship the item IMMEDIATELY at whatever stage it is in at that time. I am required to ship the item to you whether it is finished or not if you do this – so please do NOT do this! Instead, you can work with me and I will do everything in my power to get your order shipped COMPLETED in as little time as possible.
Once a case has been opened it is too late and you will receive an incomplete doll. I will still be more than happy to finish the baby BUT you will have to pay to ship it back to me and then PAY AGAIN to have it re-shipped back to you when it is finished.
If a buyer has been found to have made disparaging, untrue comments or threats against my reputation on social media this is considered Libel and swift legal action will follow.
